The Leverage Band
The objective is to NOT stretch the leverage band throughout the course of the various strokes and volleys. The band enables full forearm rotation (a waving action used to apply topspin), encouraging you to maintain the near 90 degree angle of full leverage in the wrist. Any wrist snapping tendencies are quickly eliminated. Teaches players how to maximize leverage for greater power and control.
